The Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission recently published the fourth batch of projects selected for its 2025 high-tech achievement transformation program. Kunlu Electronic Technology’s independently developed BMS product series was successfully selected.

This recognition reflects strong professional endorsement by an official body of Kunlu’s technological innovation and product commercialization capabilities. It also demonstrates substantial progress in the company’s high-tech research, development and industrial implementation.
Recognition under Shanghai’s High-Tech Achievement Transformation Program is an important qualification established by the municipal government to encourage technological innovation and the commercialization of research results. It selects technologically advanced projects with strong market prospects that align with Shanghai’s industrial development priorities, providing support to accelerate the growth of technology-based enterprises.
Kunlu’s selected BMS series is based entirely on its own intellectual property. It offers multiple monitoring and protection functions, including real-time voltage, current and temperature monitoring and abnormal-condition protection; ambient and MOSFET temperature alarms, protection and recovery; accurate battery pack capacity calculation; and dynamic cell balancing. These functions significantly improve battery life and safety. The products also integrate intelligent communication and remote operation and maintenance, supporting RS-485 communication, 4G modules, host-computer control and OTA remote updates. Advanced applications include scheduled data reporting, idle sleep and wake-up, charging matching and anti-spark protection. They are widely used in electric two-wheeler battery-swapping cabinets, drone power systems and robot energy management, addressing consistency, stability and reliability challenges in multi-cell lithium battery management.
Kunlu will continue pursuing technological innovation, investing more deeply in R&D and accelerating the commercialization and application of further research results, contributing to scientific innovation and industrial upgrading in Shanghai and across China.
